Spot Prawns

Spot Prawns are the largest commercial caught shrimp in the Northwest Pacific. Some females can reach 23 cm. Sport Prawns are know for there sweet delicate flavour and firm texture. They are one of the most sought after seafood that comes out of our waters because of this. More than 90% of the Spot Prawns caught in BC waters are exported frozen to Japan. At Trilogy we carry frozen Spots year round and fresh when in season.
